Where "Pro" is indicated, seek the help of a professional carpet cleaner.
METHODS:
1. Capture® Carpet Spot & Soil Remover/brush gently into carpet pile until the spot or soil is absorbed by the porus particles/wait 15 minutes /vacumm.
(Absorb wet spills and allow to dry before using.)
2. Freeze with ice cube/shatter with blunt object/vacuum up chips/apply solvent/ wait several minutes/blot/repeat, if necessary.
3. Solvent/wait several minutes/blot/detergent/blot/water/blot.
4. De-natured alcohol/repeat, if necessary (Pre-test as you would all solutions.)
5. Polish remover (non-oily) blot/repeat.
6. Rust remover or warm oxalic acid solution/let stand 15minutes/ blot/ water/blot.
When methods other than 1 are used for removal, often traces and rings of the stain persists, even after repeated cleanings.
These usually can be removed by first allowing the area to dry and then proceeding with method 1.
When the spot or stain still persists after repeated cleaning attempts with the suggested method or removal,
the help of a professional carpet cleaner is recommended.
